KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

• Price includes the entire villa and all its amenities per night, for up to 6 guests. 
• The convertible sofa in living room can sleep a 7th guest at € 20 per night. 
• House cleaning is € 70.  
• Baby cot is available at no extra charge. 
• Bed linen and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels. 
• Towels change every 3-4 days or upon guests' request. 
• For guests who wish to be met at the Central Port of Skopelos upon arrival, Kostas (the owner) will be available. 
• According to the Greek legislation on "Short-Term Rental" Villa Christina is a private residence. We accept payments to our IBAN via bank transfer. 
• The price does not include the cost of holiday cancellation or insurance, which guests must arrange themselves. 

BOOKINGS

• As soon as we receive your "Request Form" or your email we will send you an immediate reply and make a preliminary reservation, so you can confirm your flights and inform us by email. 
• In order to secure your reservation, we will need to receive your deposit which covers 50% of your charge. Bank transfer may be sent in € (euro) to the National Bank of Greece, Skopelos Branch 471, with BIC/SWIFT codes “ETHNGRAA”; we will send you the IBAN of our account by email. 
• We are happy to send a written and signed confirmation of the villa reservation if requested by the guest. 

ABOUT THE HOSTS

We are Mina (Siminoula) and Kostas Tampaktsis, born in Skopelos where we live all our lives. We maintain a home garden within the large estate (behind the house) and are happy to share seasonal vegetables with our guests. During your stay we'll be available if you need us.
